- Company runs a well-known training institute in UAE and Qatar and is looking to start a new entity for the African market. - At our institute, we provide training related to building and construction design. We have trained 4,000+ students till date. - Our institute generates a yearly revenue of AED 2.8 million at 40% EBITDA margin. - Seeking funds to register a new entity for the African market and the investor will receive ownership stake in the new entity. - We plan to start our training institute in Nigeria and then move to other countries such as Kenya, Ghana and Zimbabwe. - We have decided Nigeria as our first preference because this country has a lot of building & construction companies and has a huge market opportunity to train students for technical skills. - In order to test responses from Nigeran market, we recently created a small social media campaign and in 1-2 weeks, we received 5,000+ interested members / followers. - We plan to set up our first training institute in Lagos, Nigeria.
