Plan to build the first-ever plastic recycling plant in the Chikmagalur district. - Aim to establish an environmental tech park (ETP) dedicated to R&D of plastic waste management and recycling. - Company needs to install specialized equipment for plastic segregation and recycling. - We would extract secondary raw materials from pure plastics waste. - Would also manufacture roof tiles, floor tiles and bricks with the mixed waste plastic that we cannot extract raw materials from. - Company would conduct rallies and education surveys in order to educate the population about waste segregation during initial disposal at household, offices and public spaces. - Plan for the plant to have a production capacity of 500 Kg per day. - Have already been in talks with the Chikmagalur Muncipal Corporation (CMC) who would collect the waste and give it to us. - We plan to complete our MOA within 6 months and sign the documents with the CMC. - Project has got approved by DIC which has offered an incentive of INR 95 lakhs or 25% of the project cost as an incentive. - Promoter has an MBA and has more than 5 years of experience in management positions.
