We are a wood production company. - Our company is re-orienting the production since there is a supplier who entered the managerial of the company. - We do everything from furniture to the woodworking production line (mass production product). - There have been a lot of changes from mid-2021 in the fields of business managment. - From the legality & certification all the documents are available for the new buyer to see. - The total number of new B2B buyers is more than 13 with a total amount of order value above USD 2 million per year. The company owns a parawood / rubberwood plantation which is spread on a 500 hectare land. As per a survey conducted by Royal Thai Forest Department, these trees are 70 years old. We are looking to raise funds to start the harvest & logging of these trees. Each of these trees are of approx 20 meters height. The asset value of these parawood / rubberwood trees ranges between THB 1.2 to 1.4 Billion and we plan to either export the logs or sell it to the domestic sawmills. The funds we plan to raise will be used for setting up the infrastructure, buying equipment, trucking & logistics and meeting labour expenses. Business owned assets include parawood / rubberwood trees on 500 hectares land.
