Our business is essentially a specialised footwear store that offers a broad range of branded sneakers for men & women. The company was established in the year 2000. Initially, we used to manufacture petticoat with guaranteed fast colours, and now we are manufacturers of saree fall, ladies cotton pants, plazo, nighty gown with high standard raw material. We use soft cotton and skin-friendly with guaranteed fast colour. Quality control and heavy checking (permanent). We give a wide colour range, we make apparel in more than 250 colours. We issue colour charts according to customer demand. Apart from manufacturing, we also have our own retail stores in different Metro cities. Sales and profit figures are based on the numbers generated by the existing stores.

Our company sells a large spectrum of female clothing options under our own proprietary brand name. - The products are sold to customers either in the form of ready-made products or are custom-made as per their specific requirements. - We generate revenue through three channels: retail sales, wholesale and Facebook sales. - Our business fulfils over 25 orders daily through Facebook. Sales are only across Bangladesh and the courier cost is borne by the customer. We do not possess any explicit contract with either of them. - We have our own production facility which is specifically used to fulfil custom made orders received at our retail stores and to maintain a general level of inventory of read-made products in order to fulfil online and retail sales. - However, our company outsources manufacturing for fulfilling wholesale orders since our manufacturing facility does not have the optimal capacity. - Our manufacturing facility has the capacity to produce over 45 clothing items every day. - 40 percent of the revenue is through Facebook sales, 30 percent through wholesale and remaining through retail. - The revenue decreased this year due to the effect of the pandemic on the market. However, we are on track to surpass our pre-pandemic performance.

Based on the interim period findings we are also going to introduce some new segments such as plus-sized, classic, signature, etc. lines, while adding some essential fashion accessories in our offering. - To enter into the growth phase we are aiming at buying a 500 Sq. Ft. roadside commercial space inside a shopping zone to setup our 2nd outlet. This way we can minimize the operational expenses and get some significant depth for the business. Besides of this, we need to strengthen as well as diversify the production line and the inventory cycle in a way so that we can offer franchisees and export our merchandise abroad, besides of getting seasonal shopping advantage. And this investment will mostly help us to achieve these. - Though recently we have started selling online in a very small scale through it’s Facebook store and it is already covering 30% of total sale, so we are planning to start 360-degree online sales through our owned e-commerce platform with more lines of product.
