Biomass Power Plants for Sale and Investment

1. Located in Nakorn Sawan, 250 km North of Bangkok, Thailand. 2. Founded, owned, and operated by a 56-year-old Thai engineer with extensive experience and a strong industry reputation. 3. The power plant capacity is 10 MW while the PPA is 9 MW. The tariff is composed of 3 components: base tariff, Ft, and the adder. 4. These make the total tariff as high as THB 7/kWh in the first 7 years which is so called the adder period. 5. After the adder period, the plant will enjoy a lifelong of selling the electricity due to no contract ending stated in the PPA. 6. Operation is held by the local Thai team of technicians and engineers. 7. ​ The​ capacity of​ the​ plant can​ make​ sales of upto THB 450 million/year and​ the​ projected net profit is​ THB 220 million​/year. ​ Due to​ the​ obstruction from​ other shareholders, the​ figure is​ below the​ target. ​ That's the​ reason for​ seeking a loan​ to​ buy the​m out. Due to this the sales have declined and are expected to make a recovery upon receiving the funding.

Two biogas power plants 2 MW capacity (1 MW each facility) located in Serbia. - Company plans to invest in 5 MW solar power plant, production of bioethanol, fertilizer and methane. - Entity has purchase agreement for electricity produced, signed on 12 years period with the main supplier of electricity in Serbia, Joint Stock Company Elektroprivreda Srbije (Public company). - Price per kW agreed according to the feed-in tariff.

We are two managing partners, each have more than 5 year experience in our fields. One of our directors is engaged in development of smart solar tree, smart solar bench & Efficient Li ion Batteries. He is pursuing PhD as well with Vertical axis wind turbine & Solar hybrid tree, it will fulfil less land requirement & maximum power generation in upcoming future. - The other director possesses huge knowledge & experience of biogas products. He is engaged in designing & development of bio-power, bio-CNG projects, currently Govt. Of India approved 5,000 bio-CNG projects in India. - Past 2 years, we have installed more then 30 kW of solar tree, currently we are working on 50 kW solar tree park. We have installed & supplied more than 3,000 cubic metres of bio gas plant & provided O&M for 18,000 cubic metres bio-CNG projects in Gujarat.
