We are a multi-specialty hospital that has been operating for almost 50 years. We are looking to lease the business with its entire movable and immovable assets. We have 10 beds and generally receive 150 to 250 OPD patients in a day and it can go up to 275 patients. On a yearly basis, we receive 800 to 900 IPD patients. The building premises is around 10000 Sq Ft out of which only 3300 Sq Ft is being used as hospital & dental clinic and can be expanded. The premises is a freehold property and there is a commercial bank located on the premises (having 6 years lease remaining) We act as the first point of care for most general cases and even offer dental care. We provide surgeries that are not high risk and routine surgeries. We have a fully equipped operation theater as well as a pathology lab that caters to a routine investigation. Building is suitable and fully approved for all sorts of commercial activities.

- We have developed an Android and window application for online exams and assessment. - Coaching institutes are our major customers. - Currently 3 schools are using it on a trial basis. We have more than 1,000 app downloads as of now. - Question papers are created automatically and exam results would be instantaneously generated. - Schools can schedule Class wise, Subject wise exams and can create multiple exams for their individual subjects & classes. - All students taking the same exam will see different questions. - This random selection of questions for each student eliminates scope of cheating. - School can define total questions for each exam and the time duration. They can schedule the dates for each exam as per their convenience and time table. - Create both Subjective and Objective type exams. - Detailed results and graphical analysis would be generated post the submission (Objective type) or when exam is checked by the examiner (Subjective type) - The Application uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) for analysing examinee's level of understanding and present questions as per his / her capability levels. This is called Adaptive Technology.

- Daily there are 8-10 clients that visit in the clinic. - The clinic have 2 rooms, 2 consultation, Cabbin, Toilet, Pantry, Dental lab, with latest equipments.

- Our company is looking to lease the rights of our patent that will be used to build & manufacture composite panels. These panels will be used in the construction of affordable housing in rural and semi-urban areas. - This technology will allow the prospective lessee to reduce the cost of construction by 20 to 30 percent with respect to conventional methods of construction. - This patent will allow the lessee to make factory-built houses. The panels will simply be joined together and will build a house within 2 to 3 days. - The lessee would require an executing organisation along with a capital investment of over INR 75 crores for purchasing fixed assets, setting up a production unit, and making up to 50,000 houses every year. - Our company possesses 100 percent ownership of the patent & its technology. There is no other individual or any other corporation who can use this technology in the market. - The prospective lessee who wishes to use this patent must pay us an annual amount of INR 5 crores for using this technology.
