We believe that each person should own, control, and decide how to disseminate their vaccination information. Our go-to-market model encompasses two discrete channels. 1. Direct to the consumer through online sales. 2. Business to business through sales representatives and partners. Operations. Operationally, this is a medium-lift. Most operations are automated once membership is created. Fulfillment is performed in small batches and takes just a few minutes per membership. For larger batches, fulfillment is outsourced under contract. Customer inquiries and customer success need to be addressed daily and responsively. Cash management is through Stripe with its associated functionality. - Our Customers: Presently we are set up for US customers only and limit purchasers to over the age of 18. Once registered they are loyal and we expect the renewal rate to be quite high. We also see a high rate of family and social group adoption. We get one family or group member and others to join.

We are looking to long-term lease our fully operational 100 tons per day granulation and coating plant suitable for manufacturing a variety of granulated fertilizers. - The plant is strategically located (at Beawar in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan) with proximities to market and raw materials. - The plant is located in the RIICO industrial area and also has uninterrupted water and electric supply. It is on a 4,000 sqm area. - The plant consists of all the requisite modern machinery i. e. granulation, cooling, drying drums, multiple screeners, dust collectors, online coating, and packaging facility. - In addition to suitable labor quarters and office space, the facility also has ample of covered space for the finished products and unprocessed raw materials.
