Have developed an AWS cloud-based campus management software with multi-language support that assists schools in their day to day operations. Services are provided to teachers, parents, management and students. Initially, it was operated as a desktop based ERP system but we have developed additional mobile applications over the past 4 years. The ERP system and the applications are up for sale. - We also provide web-development services to over 40 clients but that vertical contributes 10% of the business revenue. - Run rate sales have slightly dropped due to delays in some payments and concessions provided temporarily due to the ongoing pandemic. - Some of the services provided by the software include: student and teacher's attendance tracking, exam results, home-work monitoring, performance analytics and school vehicle monitoring. - Have also developed 2 support applications for parents and teachers that are available on the Google Play Store, one of which has over 10,000 downloads. We have also developed separate dedicated applications for some of our school clients. - We have tied up with 125 schools pan India and reach out to 70,000 students through our product. - We charge approximately INR 8 per student on a monthly basis and payment is gathered either on a quarterly, monthly or annual basis. - Marketing is conducted through offline and paid marketing (Google and Facebook advertising). We have 4 team members dedicated to offline sales. - The buyer would get the software product along with the source code.

We have developed an online application and website for automobiles which integrates the use of AI and ML. - This application has multiple features including a lifestyle section that is dedicated to automobile related news and education, a unique section exclusively devoted for women (latest trends regarding female industry leaders in the automobile segment), an information segment related to all the latest cars and their features (information regarding prices, specifications and expected life cycle), and virtual buy (car purchase simulation through various financing options to determine ideal option based on customer's budget), a VIN check of cars, and a professional car comparison feature allowing users to compare the specifications of their cars with similar and top cars in that particular segment. - Besides that, we also offer the option for certified car dealers to list their new and old car stock, and give registered users an opportunity to sell their cars. Registered users wanting to sell their car can create a profile on our platform. Once the profile has been created, it will be circulated with all the car dealers in that particular region. The car owner will receive the top 5 bids for the car with at least 1 bid received within 24 hours of posting the advertisement. This features incorporates heavy use of AI and ML. - We have just listed some of the main features of the application. We can share a comprehensive presentation of all the listed features to interested investors. - There are multiple ways through which the application can be monetized for instance: in-app advertising and banners, subscription model for car dealers, charging user that want to sell their cars to view bids and paid professional car comparisons to name a few. We are willing to provide complete support to interested parties. - The application and website is fully developed and ready to launch. We have completed beta testing with dummy accounts of 15 car dealers and 200-300 registered users. Our product generated a lot of interest in the market place. Payment integration has been completed for the app. Users can use payment gateway options like SWIFT or digital wallets like PayPal. - Promoter has spent over 1.5 years in developing the application and spent 3 times the listed selling price in developing the application and website. Platform can be operated in any country or region.
