Users can simply choose and book their desired radiology test and then visit diagnostic centre. - We have over 3,000 active blood donors registered on our portal. Anyone who wishes to become a donor, can visit our website and register as a donor. Any user who is looking for blood for either themselves or their relatives can connect with blood donors through our platform. - The portal has partnered with over 20 ambulance service providers. Users who is in immediate need of an ambulance can connect with the service providers through our platform. - We facilitate about 900 successful doctor's appointments and 250 diagnostics appointments every month through our platform. The number of successful connections with blood donors and booked ambulance services varies each month. - Currently, the company is generating the entire revenue through our doctor's appointments services. Our diagnostic appointment booking services will begin monetising in the upcoming months. However, we do not plan on monetising our blood-donor connection and ambulance-booking services in the future. - The company generates revenue by charging the partnered hospital. The user does not have to pay any amount for booking the services. The hospital pays us a monthly fee that is either BDT 1,500 or BDT 3,000 for getting appointment leads through our website. The fee remains fixed regardless of the number of leads we send. The fee varies as per the number of doctors the hospital is enlisting on the portal. - We have 35 fee-paying hospitals for now and the remaining hospitals are not paying any fee yet. Currently, this is the only source of revenue for the company. - However, in the upcoming months, we will begin charging the remaining partnered hospitals. The same revenue model will be followed with our partnered diagnostic centres as they are not paying any fee right now. - The business is extremely valuable due to the large number of partnerships we have established over time along with our niche business activities in the Bangladeshi market.
