Company has developed a windshield and detachable rooftop that can be installed in any two wheeler motorcycle. Our company was started in 2013 as an eCommerce website but we closed it down and started working on motorcycle parts project since the last 2 years. We have have the complete R&D and ready prototype and we have also received RTO approval for our product which allows us to sell this product across all cities in India. Post investment, we plan to manufacture 50% of the products ourselves and outsource rest 50% to 5 manufacturers we are already in talks with. There is subsidy available for this project, A total Subsidy of INR 144 Crores would be released "Milestone wise" from Central Govt. Of India through Nodal Agency, SECI; Which makes our project even more lucrative for investors as we proceed with subsequent funding rounds. We expect very high returns on investment for the next 20 years. The returns are expected in less than 6 months of date of investment. Founders of the company are well experienced & tech savvy and has great vision for future clean tech energy. One of the Promoter is an investment banking professional. We have also planned to invite foreign hedge funds and PE investment firms as well as family offices of India and outside India to deliver Investments via SPV.
