We would enter into management contracts with our clients. These management contracts would range from 3 - 5 years. - The business has not generated any revenue yet. - We will be charging a commission of 7% - 8% on the total revenue for providing our services besides charging a fee. The operation expenses will be borne by the client itself. - We will be sharing 18% - 22% of the revenue with our clients on the revenue sharing model. - We are engaged in the final stages of discussions with over 32 clients.
