Seeking investment in an unregistered company. - The new company will be registered once we receive the investment. - The director of the new company already runs a family-owned business that restores and sells used cars and provides sea freight and land transportation services. - With a new vision we want to develop and diversify business potential by forming a new entity, armed with the experience of acquiring used vehicle units and reselling them at high prices, operating dozens of containerized trucks and serving the delivery of super heavy equipment and general cargo to high-dimensional goods. - The current company receives 2 orders on a daily basis for the freight and land transportation services. - Current company is able to acquire 10 trucks on a monthly basis and restore and sell 2 of them with the current operations. - The used trucks are sourced for local sites and are sold to individuals. - 70% of the revenue is generated through the restoration and resell of used cars. - The operational business is able to generate a revenue of IDR 11 billion with a 20% EBITDA margin. - The licenses and approvals for the new company will be acquired once the company is registered.

Our expense management & accounts payable system is a simplified global solution to manage business expenses in an automated manner, making use of cutting-edge technologies and with used cases. This is a SaaS offering with a mobile application. We launched our SaaS product in December last year after investing 3 years in product development. We have a strong pipeline and need funding for API strategies and a 18 month -run rate for GTM. Currently, we have one foreign multinational Client and 6 Indian clients. We are in discussion with 50+ pipeline customers and all are growth-stage companies having USD 10 million in revenues. The product was launched late last year, thus last year's sales seem less when compared to our run rate sales for this year. - Our SaaS solution and mobile application make the process simple and efficient. - We offer corporate credit card integration and travel expense management to help companies control their spending. - Our month-end close process is automated and provides companies with an easy and efficient way to close their books. - We are in discussion with banks to have a partnership on our solution. - All promoters are ex-Mastercard and ex-Deloitte employees who have a collective experience of 45+ years. They consist of chartered accountants and tech leaders. - Now we have our own travel website to provide travel desk facility and already booking is accepted by our existing client. - We have a UK GDPR certificate and a SOC type 2 compliance certificate.
