Our company is essentially an upcoming startup that will be manufacturing electronic equipment that are specially designed & developed for use in the defence & aerospace industries. - We commenced operations about 2 years ago. Since then, we have been perfecting the design of our products. The purchase order is yet to be fulfilled. The directors of the company have a cumulative experience of over 60 years in designing electronic equipment for multiple industries. - An IMU is essentially a device used for calculating the rotation, acceleration, speed of motion, location and vibrations of any projectiles using state-of-the-art sensors. The device can capture highly accurate & comprehensive data of movement. - Currently, we are finalising the design & IP of our products. Each product will be completely proprietary and patented. - The proceeds from the investment will allow us to commence manufacturing & begin generating revenue. - The company is registered in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. However, we are headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. - Our company is entirely debt-free with no outstanding business loans, overdue, or defaults. - The company has 3 directors. Each director has equal & proportionate ownership in the company amounting to approximately 33.33%. There are no outside investors or shareholders.
