A restaurant business that has been running for decades serving the best Italian contemporary breakfast, lunch and dinner. We took over the old management 3 years ago and since then the company has grown in terms of awards, guests, income and cost control since we are now open from morning to night. The guests average bill for lunch and dinner is EUR 65 per person and we host roughly 12 people at a time as it is the company policy to keep the environment in a gourmet way even though we have 80 chairs including outdoor and indoor seating areas. Although we have a big terrace for weddings, to keep the ambience and the service at our best we accept only foreign weddings of about 25 people and we organise 4-5 weddings per month. This is just our policy, however, more than enough space is available and the new management may decide to have more staff and could do a lot more numbers than us.

Facility has 6 guest rooms and the occupancy rate of the rooms depends on the season. Majority of the revenue is generated from the restaurant followed by the hotel bookings. We received special awards from Lux Magazine London as 'Best Gourmet Restaurant in Tuscany' and 'Best Fine Dining Experience'. The kitchen value is around EUR 30,000 as it was refined and refurbished 2 years ago. Physical assets include furniture, interiors, kitchen equipment and miscellaneous items related to the business.

We are a 260 sqm restaurant and B&B situated in a medieval structure. We pay a fixed rent of EUR 1,400 per month to the city hall because our facility is under national protection of arts, as a protected venue.
