The above assets are worth USD 19.5 million but are available at a discounted price of USD 6.4 million. These assets comprise a long-term water rights lease, inclusive of an option to purchase 36 acres. Notably, this location serves as the headwaters for the renowned "Poland Springs" brand, adding significant brand value to the asset. As well, an existing 12 acre facility with water on site and full 5000 soft. bottling facility are currently under contract to purchase 100% of property, assets, and prior distribution relationships.
