The business produces and supplies premium Australian cooking oils, including its flagship Australia canola oil, catering to a wide range of users such as food service providers, restaurants, other manufacturers, retail stores, and end consumers. Its products are used for frying, baking, dressing, and food preparation, meeting both commercial and household culinary needs. The company serves clients across Australia and has an established presence in the international market with buyers in China, South Korea, Vietnam, and Japan. In addition to marketing under its own brand, it also offers private labeling services, fulfilling diverse B2B and export demands with certified quality and reliability. Physical assets include plant equipment, vehicles and stocks which is ~80% of the assets and the rest is office furniture.
Intangible assets include brand trademark, licenses and certifications. We currently operate two leased plants located in Rocklea, Queensland and Melbourne.
