1) Our ‘all-seasons’ compact autonomous vehicles provide a comfortable, pollution-free, weatherproof and cost-efficient alternative to 2-wheelers with greater mobility through traffic and off-road rides for personal use and deliveries.
2) Battery swap station: With our swappable battery infrastructure franchise model and state-of-the-art long life and efficient LFP battery solution, we will provide cross-vehicle battery integration covering a wide range of vehicles including low-speed 2Ws to high-speed 3W.
3) Wireless chargers: With our proposed fast and standard wireless charging technology we reduce the charging downtime by making sure the vehicles are charged wherever they are parked which will reduce the battery's size in vehicles and decrease operation costs further down.
4) Open EV ecosystem: Our open EV ecosystem provides a standard solution making it easier and cost-efficient for other EV manufacturers and OEMS to integrate our battery swap and wireless charging technology. The intangible assets include the vehicle designs.
The physical assets include the battery, processor, motor, and controller. As of now we have rented a place in co-working space in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We are currently bootstrapped and debt free. There are 2 shareholders in the company with 90:10 split. We are a team of 4 members along with 2 advisors.
