Tangible assets owned by the business include office equipment such as laptops, desktops, printers, routers, and projectors; furniture and fixtures like workstations, chairs, cabinets, and conference tables; and cybersecurity devices inventory held for Army, Police, and Nippon contracts.
Intangible assets include security deposits for office leases, utility connections, and staff accommodations; outsourced accounting and auditing maintenance; rented office space in Dubai (location not confirmed); brand value and trademark for the Finerty Radiate brand name and logo registration; client contracts and retainers for ongoing B2B service agreements, B2G projects, and MoUs; digital assets such as official websites, marketing tools, dashboards, and licensed software; intellectual property like proprietary marketing frameworks and campaign methodologies such as Metaverse lead generation; goodwill from recognitions and long-standing partnerships; CRM and internal databases with client lists, lead funnels, and internal SOPs; and social media and online presence, including verified accounts and follower bases managed as assets. Our office is located in an area with convenient transport facility, parking slots, since we'll move with 01 staff Business Development Manager so we will go with minimal sq. ft office.
