We specialize in the sale of salchipapas but with the strong virtual community and the high volume of orders we have created other sources of income, such as the sale of clothing (caps, t-shirts and sweatshirts), the sale of recycling, the sale of supplies to other restaurants (through the production plant). Intangibles: self-created software for administrative management and inventory control, registered trademark. Value has not been estimated.
Tangibles: inventory of merchandise, machinery, fixtures, furniture, and signs. Value approx COP 2 billion. 6 points of sale, of which 2 are located in shopping centres and the other 4 in the areas with the highest traffic in the city of Cali. A 350 sqm production plant with cold storage capacity for 16 locations. All the locations are rented, and in remodeling, we have invested approximately COP 300 million. Total rentals are less than 5% of our sales. We are currently 2 partners, each one has 50% of the shares of the company, the total debts are COP 700 million contract with the banks, and we do not have other sources of financing apart from the banks and the income produced by the same business.
