Our company converts real estate blocks into digital securities, which reinvents the way that real estate projects are sold. Using blockchain technology we tokenize the property which can then be traded over the counter either on our platform or via exchanges we work with. Once the securities are issued, they can be also be used as a collateral to obtain loans. Have already issued such a digital offering for Marriot St. Regis which is a USD 18 million commercial property. Since launch we have generated around USD 400,000 in revenue.
