What: Our billing software, which captures every service a hospital delivers, prices it against the right insurer contract, and builds the claim with its supporting evidence.
Who uses it: billing teams, coders and revenue-cycle managers day to day, and CFOs for oversight.
How: it runs inside the hospital's daily operations, so charges are created as care happens, not chased afterwards. It's live at Kuwait Hospital (120 beds, where we also run the billing department end to end) and at Al-Amiri Hospital (400+ beds), Kuwait's first public-sector hospital billing platform.
2. RCM Consulting.
What: diagnosing and fixing where a hospital's revenue leaks, from registration and approvals to coding, claims and collections, plus costing and pricing.
Who uses it: CFOs, revenue-cycle directors and hospital owners.
How: we measure the leak, redesign the process, train the team, and in some cases run the department ourselves. Clients include Dar Al Shifa (220 beds) and Sidra in Kuwait, and Centre Hospitalier du Nord in Lebanon, with financial systems restructured across 8 hospitals and unit-cost studies across 15.
3. Accreditation Management Advisory.
What: preparing hospitals and health systems for accreditation, and designing national standards and surveyor programmes.
Who uses it: ministries of health, quality directors and hospital leadership.
How: we write/review the standards, train and certify surveyors, and guide hospitals through readiness. We're national accreditation advisors to Oman's Ministry of Health (60 facilities) and the national accreditation audit body for Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health (50+ hospitals).
4. Business Intelligence Dashboards.
What: executive dashboards showing revenue, denials, collections and operational performance in one view.
Who uses it: CEOs, CFOs and department heads.
How: leaders check daily what was billed, what's stuck and why, and act before month-end. We designed and deployed executive revenue-cycle dashboards for Al Hammadi Hospital (1,000+ beds) in Saudi Arabia.
