Hotel Assets for Rent in Ambaji, India

We have established a 3 star hotel in a famous religious tourist area in Ambaji, Gujarat. We have taken up a franchise of a successful restaurant with over 90 franchises across Gujarat and USA to set it up in the hotel. The hotel is spread across 6,000 Sq Ft of owned land. The land and the hotel is currently individually owned and is in the process of registration. The investor taking up the business would be required to have his own entity to run the operations under. We seek an investor who would run the operations and provide us with a percentage of the gross profit. The ground floor of the hotel includes the restaurant and the entrance. On the first floor there is a grand reception area, lounges and 12 rooms. There are 3 more floors with 42 rooms in total. All the rooms are approximately 250 Sq Ft. We also have a banquet area of 2,000 Sq Ft which can be used for multiple other purposes as well such as for conferences. We expect that the average monthly revenue would be INR 35 lakh and we would take a 28% share of it.
