Asset 2 — Belgrade AI data center.
A $1.5M wind-and-solar-powered AI data center to be planned on 2.8 acres near Belgrade. Powered by the Košava wind (one of Europe's strongest), Israeli solar, and Serbia's industrial grid at a blended $0.04/kWh — 6x cheaper than the UK. The 500m² building holds 42 racks and can scale to 384 servers and 3,072 GPUs with no additional construction or permits. Phase 1 deploys 20 NVIDIA A100 GPUs. EU-sovereign — patient data never leaves European soil.

Promoter background.
16+ years in healthcare and enterprise architecture. 6+ years delivering onsite solutions for Fortune 500 clients in the United States. TOGAF and Cornell PM certified. Built and delivered platforms for clients across Israel, Singapore, Austria, Japan, and the US Midwest. Started as the first offshore employee of a US company that subsequently scaled to 3,000+ resources and was acquired by a major investor.

Infrastructure — The Belgrade data center positions us as the only EU-sovereign healthcare AI compute provider in the Western Balkans. At full capacity, it becomes the largest private GPU cluster in the region — medium-to-large by global standards. Revenue from GPU rental, HealthOS inference, and solar/wind grid export.

What we are looking for.
A strategic, tech-savvy investor or merger partner — preferably based in the US, Canada, Europe, or Asia including tech-focused NRIs — to support product scaling and market expansion. Approximately 90% of global technology spending is concentrated in North America, and we are seeking a partner with access to that market.
We are open to equity investment, strategic acquisition, joint venture, or revenue-share partnership depending on what makes the most sense for the right partner.
