Luxury Apparel Retailer for Sale in Doha, Qatar

- Involved in the design, implementation and sale of luxury abayas and jalabiyas. Both of our outlets are at premium locations.

- Abayas and jalabiyas are some of the most important fashion items for Qatari and gulf women in the upper income segment and hence investments in this field are very profitable as the direct cost of the product is only 20% of the retail price.

- Have a fully-updated 7,000 customer database with contact details, address and purchase history recorded.

- We receive over 3-4 customers daily per showroom for a total of 6-8 customers across both the outlets. Each customer spends on average QAR 10,000 at the stores.

- Recently, we have also launched an e-commerce portal for our products. However, sales are much lower in comparison to our retail outlets since the website is extremely new. On average, we sell QAR 10,000 on a monthly basis through our website.

- Our product price range from QAR 700 to QAR 3,000 with a cost price of 20%.

- We have 7 major suppliers. Some suppliers are local, while the other suppliers are based in countries like Japan and Spain.

- Primarily rely on word-of-mouth promotion since the stores are very well-established and popular locally. We have also engaged in social media advertising with an active Instagram account (16,000 followers). We also promote our products (new product lines) through WhatsApp for our regular clientele.

- We have 30 employees across all the departments and that includes: 20 employees in the workshop, 6 employees at the showrooms (sales), and 4 in the admin office.

We design and sell abaya casual, abaya classic, abaya wedding, jalabiya Moroccan stilly, jalabiya gulf stilly.

- Machinery, equipment and all the fabrics and other supplies for the sewing workshop including an 18-head 12 meter embroidery machine. Besides that, we are also selling 3 company cars (2 Toyota Camry and 1 Toyota Sequoia). Also included are the decorations and furnishing at all the properties, new product models displayed at all the branches and office tools like computers and printers.

We have 2 properties.

The first property has an area of 700 square meters and was opened in 2013. On the ground floor, we have the showroom while on the first floor we have the workshop. The rent is QAR 20,000 per month.

Second property has an area of 500 square meter and was opened in 2018. On the grand floor, we have the showroom while on the first floor we have an office (90 square meters). We pay a rent of QAR 40,000 per month.
