- The brewery will be a destination lifestyle venue that combines a locally crafted, small-batch brewery with a dedicated banquet hall and event space, creating multiple high-value revenue streams under one roof.
- We will focus on on-premise sales only, with all beer brewed and consumed on-site and no external distribution, ensuring quality control, freshness, and a genuinely local, artisanal experience.
The revenue model will be built on three strong pillars:
1) Taproom sales – pints, tasting flights, and curated experiences for walk-in guests from the surrounding IT parks, residential communities, and mixed-use developments, who will visit after work and on weekends for a relaxed, premium outing.
2) Banquet and event bookings – our purpose-built banquet hall within the brewery will cater to corporate off-sites, product launches, team outings, workshops, private parties, weddings, and celebrations, providing a steady flow of high-ticket, pre-booked business.
3) Experiential offerings – brewery tours, tasting sessions, pairing events, and curated lifestyle evenings that position us as a go-to destination rather than just another bar.
Our promoter team brings a strong blend of hospitality and corporate experience, with prior exposure to event management and customer experience design. This background gives us an edge in designing offerings that appeal simultaneously to:
- IT professionals looking for an after-hours escape and team-building venue.
- Nearby residents and families seeking a safe, high-quality, and aspirational lifestyle space.
- Commercial clients who require a polished, reliable venue for business events and social gatherings.
We are actively building strategic business relationships with:
- Local ingredient suppliers and farmers to highlight regional grains, fruits, and botanicals in our beers and food menu, reinforcing the “locally crafted” positioning.
- Corporate HR and admin teams in nearby IT companies to become a preferred partner for team outings, milestone celebrations, and off-sites.
- Event planners, wedding planners, and local agencies to position our banquet hall as a signature venue for curated, premium events.
- Local artists, musicians, and lifestyle brands to host pop-ups, live performances, and themed nights that enhance our destination appeal and drive repeat footfall.
While this is a new venture without historical client numbers or awards yet, our goals from year one are to:
- Build a strong base of repeat customers across IT, residential, and mixed-use communities by delivering consistent quality, fair pricing, and memorable experiences.
- Establish ourselves as a preferred event and banquet destination for corporate and social functions in the area.
- Participate in local and regional beer festivals and hospitality awards to gain early recognition for brewing quality, venue design, and guest experience.
- Develop long-term business relationships that drive stable, recurring bookings and word-of-mouth referrals.
By combining locally crafted beer, a destination-style taproom, and a specialized banquet hall integrated within the brewery, we aim to create a unique lifestyle destination that maximizes revenue potential per square foot while delivering a differentiated, premium experience to a diverse mix of IT, residential, and business clients.
Once an investor comes on board we will procure the required licenses.
- Land development and civil works (buildings, structures, interiors, landscaping, utilities, infrastructure, banquet hall, and taproom fit-out): ₹25 crore.
- Brewery equipment (brewhouse, fermentation tanks, cold room, CIP systems, utilities, controls): ₹2 crore.
- Kitchen setup (commercial kitchen equipment, exhaust systems, refrigeration, prep areas, crockery, cutlery, service infrastructure): ₹2 crore.
- Interiors and customer-facing fit-outs (climate control, furniture, bar counters, lighting, décor, AV systems, POS, etc. ): ₹2 crore.
- The physical assets are worth INR 31 crore, but are being offered at a lower valuation to make it more attractive to the investors.
Intangible assets:
- LLP entity.
- Business plan.
- The landowner is an equity partner in the project, and the new investor will not receive any stake in the land.
- Ownership is shared among 7 partners, including the landowner, with all capital contributed as owners’ equity and no external investors or lenders involved at this stage.
