The farm aims to focus on delivering high-quality, unadulterated milk while bypassing traditional dairy cooperatives and middlemen. The business doesn't have any physical assets yet.
Planned tangible assets include 10 premium high-yield crossbred cows (HF/Jersey), a modern weather-proof cattle shed with rubber flooring and drainage, automatic milking machines, a heavy-duty chaff cutter, rapid-cooling milk storage cans, fodder cultivation setup, and bulk feed stock.
Intangible assets include business plan. No facility has been established yet. We are currently identifying suitable properties to lease on the outskirts of Bangalore. The proposed semi-automated dairy unit will feature a modern, well-ventilated, weather-proof cattle shed with anti-skid rubber flooring and advanced drainage systems. The infrastructure will include space for 10 high-yielding crossbred cows, a dedicated milking area, feed and fodder storage, and on-site milk chilling and storage facilities. The facility is expected to be operational within approximately 45 days of securing funding. Currently, the project has a single owner and is 100% owned by the promoter, with no external equity investors, existing loans, or external shareholders.
