- Startup looking for pre-seed funds to open our club in the heart of Dubai.
- We have a slated press launch in December this year on a yacht in Dubai Marina. Hundred UHNWI guests will be joining the press launch to witness a masterclass.
- The masterclass is to educate and inform the guests about the benefits of becoming a club member, as well as increase the membership base through targeted networking and relationship-building efforts.
- Target clients will be mostly from the GCC region.
- We will generate revenue through membership fees, event hosting, and partnerships with luxury brands.
- Memberships will begin at USD 35,000 per membership and go up to USD 70,000 per year,
- We have hired top talent from existing clubs in UAE and they will work to make this club a success.
In addition to membership fees, the club will generate revenue through partnership collaborations and auction sales. These additional income sources will contribute to the club's ability to deliver exceptional services and maintain its position as a premier luxury private membership club for UHNWIs.
Every weekend we will have an auction event for luxury watches and jewelers in the club. And three times a year we will organize an international auction event of rare jewelers. The first one will take place at the press launch in December this year.
For this event, we will partner with a London-based and two famous luxury watch brands. They will fly in their wealthiest clientele from across the world for the auction event. 20 international clientele and 10 from the GCC region. The other guests will be invited to subscribe as members of our club.
