- We publish listings on our site for buying real estate, renting real estate, and also PGs.
- For the initial 2 years we had close to 2 lakh + users coming to our platform and then we were looking to make some changes in the services offered which led to the loss of traffic.
- We have since stopped providing the services and are not generating any revenue at the moment.
- Now the services that we plan to provide are decided but we need ideas on execution and a strategy to monetize them.
- The new planned business model includes:
1. Subscription packs.
2. Agent dealing.
3. Direct dealing.
