STRATEGIC OPPORTUNITY.
A partner or acquirer would gain an existing application, structured research datasets, data-processing workflows and publishing capability. The opportunity is to expand distribution through the strategic partner's existing customer base and combine the platform with complementary software, data, engineering or infrastructure services. The founder brings data-centre development and advisory experience and is available for continued involvement.
RESEARCH COVERAGE — 25 OCTOBER 2026 SNAPSHOT.
- 7,438 data-centre site records across 176 countries: 5,119 operational, 645 under construction and 1,415 in development; the balance comprises other or unclassified stages.
- 1,117,348 mapped power-network objects across 160 countries, comprising 261,920 substations and 855,428 line segments.
- 119,521 generation-unit records across 160 countries.
- 261 demand-intelligence records, including 39 active buyer requirements; 1,416 electricity OPEX observations across 70 countries; and 1,077 published intelligence items.
These figures describe research records, not customers, owned infrastructure or available capacity. Line segments are not complete circuits.
COMMERCIAL STATUS — MANAGEMENT UPDATE, 28 OCTOBER 2026.
Recurring revenue has started. Current contracted ARR is not quantified in the management update. The EUR 400,000-800,000 ARR projection for the coming year is forward-looking and must be distinguished from existing contracts and earned revenue. Management reports a current net profit margin of 82%, with implementation costs accounted for over the preceding two years. This is a management statement, not an audited result or an EBITDA margin.
The platform-generated run-rate sales and EBITDA figures are legacy entries awaiting reconciliation; they must not be treated as verified current performance. Current subscriptions, invoices, receipts and accounting records must be verified during buyer due diligence. No mature earnings history is represented.
TRANSACTION.
A strategic participation of 20-49% through a sale of existing equity, or a full acquisition, is available. The indicative price is EUR 1 million for 20%. Founder involvement, governance and the agreed software/data perimeter will be documented with the buyer. Introduced parties can request a product demonstration and buyer overview; confidential supporting information is provided under NDA.
Developers and investors use it to compare markets and shortlist sites. Operators and advisers can assess project pipelines, capacity evidence, power and connectivity constraints, CAPEX and electricity OPEX. Engineering firms and equipment suppliers can identify relevant projects and prioritise commercial research.
The product includes geospatial mapping, supply-demand matching, cost benchmarks, AI infrastructure analysis, market studies and published intelligence. Source references, verification dates and identified data gaps help users focus their further diligence.
The commercial model combines software subscriptions, commissioned studies and bespoke research. Data licensing, exports and API delivery require separately agreed scope and rights. Grid availability, leasable capacity and delivery dates require direct confirmation with the relevant operators.
1. The operating application, source-code repositories, product documentation and deployment workflows.
2. Structured research datasets, taxonomy, source references, verification records and normalisation methods covering data-centre supply, power, anonymised demand and costs.
3. Brand assets, domain names, research publications and publishing workflows.
4. Operating procedures and transferable commercial or service arrangements.
The final inventory and transfer are subject to verification of intellectual-property ownership, contributor assignments, third-party contracts, underlying data licences and any required consents. The transaction excludes land, physical data centres, reserved power capacity and the founder's separate advisory or physical development activities.
