We are a matcha farm contract grower. The services & products of the business are:
- B2B wholesale distribution of premium ceremonial & culinary matcha drawn from the company's annual contracts from farm cooperatives located in Uji, Aichi, Kagoshima, Ureshino, Yame, and Shizuoka, totalling a combined annual supply of a minimum 30,000 kgs.
- OEM private label matcha services.
- Matcha accessories and related equipment such as tin cans, chasen, tea sets, ceramic tea bowls and chasyaku.
- Logistics support, including sea and air freight, palletising, Customs clearance, and export documentation. - Tangible assets include the equipment, office furniture, and machines that the company utilizes. This also includes our matcha inventory worth JPY 50 million currently being held at a storage in a farm because we do not have a large warehouse to accommodate new stocks, which began to be allocated to our company at the beginning of the year.
- Intangible assets are our annual matcha contract allocation up to 30 tons (30,000 kgs). There is a possibility to increase the supply. - The company is renting a two-story commercial property two-story building totalling 190 sqm. The property was converted into a fulfilment centre and is conveniently located in Koyasu, Yokohama. The leased space is on a 3-year renewable contract.
- There is a rented co-working office in Ginza, Tokyo, serving as the company's resident address.
- There is a rented warehouse unit approximately 100 sqm. in Tsurumi.
- Rent is approximately JPY 300 thousand per month. The company is privately funded & owned by two Japanese resident owners. The former owns 90% of the business while the latter has a 10% stake. There are no outstanding loans or debts.
- There are existing contracts and accounts for B2B distribution deals totalling approximately 300+ Japanese brands & makers.
