I am a Food service and Hospitality person who is based in Australia now. I have worked as chef and foods manager and is currently a Hospitality trainer. I have a base in Chennai and I am interested in exploring a trendy innovative food service business concept (restaurant, eatery etc) in Chennai. I am not an investor but I have food service business concepts and ideas that can be converted into big opportunities. I strongly feel that Indian food service and restaurant industry has gaps in terms of quality, innovation and identifying customer preferences. Current restaurants and eateries seems to be copy cats and repetitive business models. There are still many opportunities out there.
I am willing to give my ideas, execute and implement it with the assistance of a like minded financial partner who has the ambition to make it happen.
