- We are planning to lease out a restaurant and banquet hall located within our hotel premises in KPHB, Hyderabad.
- The outlet is currently running and has a seating capacity of approximately 80 guests.
- The total area available for lease is 3,000 sq. ft. , which includes both the restaurant and the banquet hall space.
- We are currently leasing the entire hotel property and are subletting this portion in accordance with the terms permitted under our lease agreement with the property owner.
- The incoming tenant can operate under their own brand and obtain new licenses, as the existing brand will not be transferred.
