The project started 8 years ago as a dedicated recruiting agency for a top global consulting company.

We signed a top global bank as our second customer and since then we grew organically to become one of the main tech recruiting agencies in Romania with over 100 clients and 1,000 recruiting projects.

Although primarily a recruiting agency, we always ran small volume staffing projects (temp work) as well. This way we continuously built up the internal knowledge underpinning the staffing business; 2 years ago we decided to completely change the business model from permanent placement (recruiting) to temp work (staffing).

We grew our team to 150+ FTEs over the last one and a half years and managed to adapt all our internal processes to support the new model.

Our revenue multiplied by 4.5x last year compared to 2 years back and we forecast a 2x for this year, reaching EUR 4M.

The company has bank liabilities of around EUR 500,000.
