The total area is 1,600 square feet and we receive MYR 1,400/monthly. - The second residential property is 1 double storey end lot terrace house. The area of the property is 2,000 square feet and we receive MYR 3,000/monthly. - The co-working space has a total area of 1,623 square feet that has been partitioned into 7 private units. Usually at least 6 out of these 7 private units are occupied. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, only 2 units are occupied currently. We receive a rental income of around MYR 1000/monthly per unit. - Additionally, our residential tenants have requested for rental concessions temporarily due to the ongoing pandemic. Maintenance and electrical expenses are handled by the tenants for the residential property. - We also handle the maintenance and up-keep, and take care of the electricity and lighting for the co-working space. The co-working space is fully-furnished and air-conditioned with necessary office equipment like printers and office stationery. - We also provide a virtual office address and meeting spaces. Owner is currently based in Singapore.
