Our company is operational since 2016 and have registered the entity as private limited in 2019. Company buys the land from farmers, develops it and designs the layout before selling it to individual customers. After buying the vacant land, we design the plot (ranging from 800 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft) and make the site ready with basic amenities. Over the years, we have sold properties to more than 1,000 customers. Business currently owns two land parcels in Gonda of 20 Bigha and 11 Bigha respectively. We are also in the process of buying another land of 25 Bigha in Lucknow.
