Cashew nuts processing firm in Guinea-Bissau that processes and exports cashew to 5 clients based in Germany, Italy, France and Senegal. Plant has the production capacity of 350 MT and we operate at 100% capacity. We procure raw materials from 2,700 farmers locally. Factory operates whole year but the main season is between March to September. We work in collaboration with a large NGO who provide us subsidy in terms of internet, telephone and daily food. In addition, they also provide us consultancy on effectively running the factory. We have 20 permanent employees and 80 daily wage workers.
