Our business is essentially a unique B-school that offers a wide range of specialised educational courses that cover multiple topics in the field of construction and its related businesses. - We began operations almost two months ago and have conducted 4 paid career jump start workshops since inception. - Each workshop received about 30 attendees. Each attendee paid a certain fee to attend the workshop. The entire revenue is generated from the 120 fee-paying attendees we received over the 4 workshops that we conducted. - The workshop was essentially a 4 hour long session conducted online over a weekend. Every attendee who enrols in the workshop must appear for an online assessment test. Post passing the test, we reward the candidate with a professional certificate of completion. - We haven't conducted any classes or workshops at our facility yet due to the restrictions posed by the pandemic. - Currently, we are enrolling students into our flagship programme which is a post-graduate programme (PGP) in construction management. - The programme will commence in the first month of next year. The duration of the programme will be 16 months with a one-time fee of INR 6.5 lakh per candidate. Post attending all the classes and clearing the examinations, the candidates will be rewarded with a certificate which they can add to their CV. - The post-graduate diploma will be offered in two forms: a hybrid model where recorded lectures will be provided during weekdays and live classes during weekends, or the candidate can take the entire course in the form of pre-recorded lectures. - Our other short courses and online courses will be provided in a hybrid form where the attendee will watch pre-recorded pectoris during weekdays and will attend live classes during weekends. The prices will vary between INR 999 to INR 2,500. - We will be conducting 10 more workshops and start enrolments for two short term courses in the upcoming months. - Since we have recently begun operations, our company is yet to finalise other details about the business and its revenue model. The number of batches and students per batch isn't also decided yet as it may vary as per the number of enrolments. - A few courses will be taught by our in-house faculty. However, we will be on-boarding industry experts to become visiting faculty at our institute. - The business is extremely valuable as our b-school is one of the extremely few institutions that offer specialized education in the field of construction.
