Our company provides a wide range of services which include repair, maintenance, installation and software updating of components in telecom infrastructure. - We have been providing basic repair and maintenance services for different components in telecom towers that were used for landlines for the initial three years of our company's operations. Our company essentially provides technicians as per our clients' requests. We have about 3 to 4 clients in these domains of services. - However, almost a year ago, we have subcontracted the work of installation and software updating of 5G components in telecom towers across Madhya Pradesh. - The contract was awarded by the government to an MNC in India to complete this project at all towers across the country. However, due to the owner's relationship with the proprietor of the MNC, we have subcontracted a part of the entire project. - Our company's scope of operations is limited to Madhya Pradesh only. The MNC daily provides us with a list of towers that we must install the 5G devices in. These devices are provided to us by the MNC at no cost. They pay us for our installation services. We receive a payment from the MNC daily. This is the only source of revenue from the subcontract. - The number of towers allotted to us each day is the minimum amount of work we must do. However, our revenue for the day can increase or decrease if we finish lesser or more towers that day. The life of the contract is for 3 more years. - We work at about 18 to 20 towers every day using 4 different teams at 5 separate sites near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The telecom towers we are working at are owned and operated by Airtel and Jio and the 5G devices are manufactured by Nokia. - Currently, about 90 percent of the company's total revenue is generated through the proceeds from the subcontract. The remaining 10 percent of the revenue is generated by rendering basic repair and maintenance services at telecom towers.
