The business has developed 43 medicines under its own brand. We hold patents on 20 medicines and have a patent pending on others. The patents have been approved by IndiaFilings in Chennai. - We hold exclusive rights to manufacture & supply of these medicines. - We outsource the manufacturing of these drugs with over 20 manufacturers in Rajasthan who charge between 20 to 30 percent of MRSP of each drug. These numbers vary with different units of volume. These contracts have no expiration. - The business supplies these drugs to various hospitals in Rajasthan along with other B2B channels. No revenue is incurred via retail or B2C. - We sell our products at 90% of its MSRP and is fixed for all its products. Authorized distributor for Schneider Electric products supplying more than 200 types of products. - We buy products from Schneider and then install it at different corporate offices, Hospitals, Malls, showrooms and we also cater to B2C customers. - We get project orders to install the electric products.
