This is a HIGH average number of classes per dancer because our dancers have the opportunity to do multiple genres with us. 1.2 Pre-covid annual revenue was almost SGD1mil with only 130+ dancers which led to expansion plans with a bigger studio in central Singapore. However, we were severely impacted by covid as we committed to triple our rental expense JUST before covid-closures forced our revenue to drop to only 40% of our usual revenue for 9 months. 1.3 Opportunity to pivot. Since then, we have slowly recovered, but the market has changed substantially. There are now many new ballet schools, & parents are much more willing to invest in training & opportunities to compete.
