Pre-School business: - FY17 revenue has been 18.10 Lakhs with 36% EBITDA. - Overall 40 students, where 25 are daycare children. - Revenue forecast for FY18 is 28.80 Lakhs with expected EBITDA at 36-38% - Plans to launch Tuitions this year to yield additional revenue. Ladies Fashion Boutique: - Launched ladies fashion boutique in Feb'17 with an initial investment of ~12 Lakhs. - Revenue from Feb'17 till May'17 was at ~ One Lakh. - Plans to scale up operations and investment to grow the business. - We are setting up a computer training academy in our business.

Kerala based training institute that to offer competitive exam coaching such as SSC (Staff Selection Commission for central Government jobs), IBPS – For bank jobs, SET – For school teachers job in Kerala, UGC NET – For college teachers jobs across India and UPSC exams (IAS, IPS, IFS etc). We also offer courses in soft-skill training, interview preparation, business communication, leadership, team building, public speaking and marketing and sales. Computer courses – Cyber security, Artificial Intelligence, Animation, Digital Marketing etc. We are also planning for courses in Oil and Gas, shipping and logistic etc. - The infrastructure is fully set and admissions will be started as soon as the Government removes the restrictions for educational institutions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Operations are expected to begin by next month in Kerala. - The institute has already hired 15 highly talented teaching faculties and 10 non-teaching and administrative staff. - The teaching faculties of the institute are professionally experienced and proven professors and lectures including Phd holders. Non teaching departments includes General Manager, Manager, accounts team, counselors, marketing team and helpers. - The institute has digitally enabled class rooms with a seating capacity of 30 students per class. - Classes will be offered in two batches (first batch: 9am – 1pm and second batch: 2pm – 6pm) and thus we expect to be able to have about 300 students. - The syllabus has already been developed in-house with the help of subject experts. - The typical duration of a course would be 2 - 9 months and the average fees per course per month will be INR 5,000. - Plan on partnering with various universities and Skill India by central Government. We also have plan to apply for the accreditation of the British Council in the near future which would allow us to offer internationally recognized certificate courses. - Have already conducted marketing campaigns and over 500 individual candidates and several IT firms in Cochin have expressed interest in our offerings. - The promoter has over 22 years of experience in the educational training space.
