We are looking for investors for an upcoming multiplex with a food court and gaming zone. - The multiplex, game zone and food court area has already been built in a popular mall. - Multiplex has 4 screens and each screen has around 150 seats each. - We have tied up with Cinepolis and they would be running the multiplex. - The food court has space for 18 food stalls and we are in the process of making deals with vendors to fill up the stalls. - We are looking to outsource the operation of the gaming zone to a separate agency. - The projected revenue from the multiplex and food court is estimated to be around INR 60 lakh monthly. - We plan to have the multiplex, food court and gaming zone operational in 2 months. - Promoter has been in the real estate space since 2012. - Company's physical assets include furniture, equipment and other technology setup. - We would create an SPV for this project and the investment would be in this.
