• We are an Ethanol production company, also providing laboratory testing for companies. • Ethanol production contributes to 99% of the total revenue generated. • Our active client for ethanol is UP Cooperative sugar factories federation. We have 4 locations across Lucknow region, UP. • Our total ethanol production per day is 1,35,000 litres/day. • Per day ethanol sales are INR 16.9 lakhs. Our sales has increased because our ethanol production utilization is at 100%. • We also provide laboratory testing services for various Government companies such as Hindustan, Pariksha thermal power plant, ALIMCO, NHPC, NTPC, Airport authority of India etc. • Our laboratory testing includes water quality, air quality, stack emission. soil testing, sugar testing, alcohol testing etc. These contracts are valid for 2 years. The revenue from each contract is 3 lakhs per year. • Currently, we are seeking to expand our business to Biodiesel manufacturing. • We will manufacture Biodiesel which will be used by oil marketing companies for blending into diesel. The government has set a target of 20% Biodiesel blending by 2025, according to which IOCL, BPCL, HPCL are purchasing all biodiesel produced in India at a pre-fixed rate. • Due to being promoted by Govt Blending program, OMCs are liable to purchase all Biodiesel produced. This means that demand is virtually unlimited. • We are empaneled with IOCL up to 2028 for supply of 20 Ton Per Day Biodiesel. • We will collect raw materials such as palm stearin, cooking oils and leather from tannery, which will be tested in our laboratory before taking up for production. • We plan to start Biodiesel manufacturing upon receiving the required investment.

Our sales started blooming once we obtained the operational clearance (NOC) for the establishment of biofuel retail outlets. - After the Covid-19 pandemic, we have strengthened our marketing approach and issued more than 10 letters of intent and hence there is a rapid growth in income. - Have a biodiesel refinery under joint venture located in Tonk (Rajasthan) of 25,000 square feet area. - We also have a biodiesel refinery in Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan) with an area of 57,000 square feet area and a 45,000 square feet refinery in Bareilly owned by our associates. - The oil refinery is not a part of our business but comes under another entity which is part of a JV. - We have 2 new associate refineries under construction, both in Uttar Pradesh. - Our promoter has sound knowledge and experience at the executive level (at the government level) and also has direct contacts at the political and executive levels in India.
