We are a franchisee of a popular global halal Middle Eastern–style restaurant brand. - Currently, we operate five thriving outlets located in some of Jakarta’s most popular shopping malls, benefiting from strong foot traffic and a diverse customer base. - Each outlet offers seating capacity for approximately 40–60 guests, with three outlets situated within busy mall food courts, maximizing visibility and accessibility. - Across all locations, we receive an average of 200–300 combined orders per day, reflecting steady demand and a growing customer following. - Our sales channels are well balanced, with approximately 70% of revenue generated through offline sales including dine-in and takeaway, while the remaining 30% comes through major online food delivery platforms. - Our franchise agreement with the global brand is renewable, providing long-term operational continuity.
