► Set up: The franchisor will help franchisees choose the best location to grow their business and assist them with set up operation including purchase of equipment, designing of restaurant, etc.
► Training: The franchisor will conduct comprehensive training program for the chefs and main staff, on how to manage the business operations prior to start of restaurant operations.
► Supply & sourcing: The franchisor will facilitate franchisee in cost-effective sourcing of raw materials through trusted and reliable supply network.
► Operations Manual: The franchisor will provide an operations manual containing mandatory and suggested specifications, standard operating procedures and rules for running the franchisee.
► Facilitation: The franchisee will benefit from on going R&D, menu development & enhancement and other market development initiatives taken by Apna Meal management from time to time.
