What are some of the things we look for in a Franchisee?
Based on territorial studies and the area development plan, the franchise is expected to invest in and open a minimum of five locations over a three-year period (This may vary over country, depending on the countries's potential). An initial investment of USD 1 million will approximately cover the setup of two branches and one central kitchen, providing the infrastructure needed to support further expansion. The cash flow generated from the first two cafés is projected to sustain the continuation of the development plan.

Training Program.• Initial Training (14–21 days): Conducted 6–9 weeks before opening at dipndip HQ or a designated location; covers operations, admin, sales, and includes hands-on training for the franchisee and up to 2 team members.
• On-Site Training (Up to 21 days): Provided by experienced trainers during the store’s opening phase to support operational launch.
Support Systems.
• Operational Support: Ongoing guidance on operations, customer service, maintenance, ordering, pricing, and admin procedures.
• Site Selection: Clear location guidelines and approval process to ensure site suitability.
• Marketing Support: Advertising materials, strategy development, and approval of local campaigns.
• Accounting, Audit & Legal: Financial and legal oversight through dipndip’s administration team.
• Research & Development: Our Innovation department continuously innovates and refines products to meet market trends and local tastes, ensuring alignment with brand standards and giving franchisees a competitive edge.
• Program Supervision: Central coordination and planning of the franchise network.
