Doner Deli, is a German Doner kabab restaurant concept. We are in the fast casual dining service in the Middle East. We have been in the food and beverage business for the past 17 years. Since our inception, thousands of people have fallen in love with our gorgeous recipes and gourmet ingredients. But we do not just serve the classic German Doner, In fact Doner Deli is home to a whole range of dishes made up of mouth-watering 100% halal German veal and chicken, locally-sourced vegetables, salads and lovingly-made breads, sauces and accompaniments. We bring together a unique blend of influences, ingredients and flavours from the world’s street food capitals. We’ve continued to expand in response to overwhelming demand for the unique Doner Deli experience – a success that’s been driven by our focus on casual, wholesome food and the highest levels of both quality and service. We have 5 stores in Dubai and 1 in Saudi Arabia. We would like to look for opportunities of expanding the outlet further through franchising.

What are some of the things we look for in a Franchisee?
Franchise Partner must have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, preferably in operating and managing a restaurant. They must have leadership skills and appropriate financial qualifications. They will also need to demonstrate that they have sufficient financial resources to cover all the necessary costs.
Support you can expect from the company
We provide access to our business operations systems, software solutions and business literature. We would also help with customization of software programs. Our team would provide store development support, including strategic planning, as well as the provision of building materials, designs and layouts. Initial training at one of the franchisor’s Doner Deli restaurants for up to three members, Pre-launch training at Franchise Partner's restaurant, Post-launch support for one week will also be provided.
As part of our ongoing franchise support we provide guidance regarding store management and operations whenever needed, Branding and marketing support, Regular site visits to monitor daily business operations, Business plan support and financial performance analysis and market research.
