L’inoui sources its raw materials from across the globe ~ chocolate from Belgium, whipping cream from France, exotic fruits like raspberry from Amsterdam, almonds from California, coffee from Chikmaglur, and all these ingredients are exclusively crafted by a team of highly trained chefs.
