About Master Chi
We at Master Chi serve freshly made oriental Chinese food through our QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) model at present. Our food is loved by people across tri city Chandigarh and beyond. Master Chi is about great food and great stories that are built around it. It is the vision of foodies, whose love for food and years of working in the online food ordering marketplace, saw the need to bring oriental Chinese food closer to people. The management team has a strong background in the hospitality business and industry experience of more than 24 years, giving us a strong base in the field of food cost accounting and management areas including but not limited to controlling, inventory, reporting systems and business formats. We are now looking forward and moving to expansion of the Master Chi brand arm and intend to reach to the people of NCR region. We are mainly looking for master franchise partners who would have the responsibility of opening 5 outlets in their target territory within approximately 2 months.

What are some of the things we look for in a Franchisee?
Master franchise partner must have a strong financial background with some experience in the restaurant business. They must maintain the brand value of the franchise and be committed to providing quality and consistent service. They would also be responsible for opening 5 franchise outlets in their target territory within approximately 2 months.

- Food cost controlling and management assistance along with a brand identity kit which includes printed dress, chef caps and chef coats.
- Kitchen planning, manpower planning and coordination with equipment fabricator / supplier.
- Food & Beverage menu planning, trials and training.
- Personal presence of brand proprietrix at the outlet for launch, media interaction & strategic PR. As Chef Patron, proprietrix will visit the outlets at regular intervals.
- Free dedicated base kitchen for support for all needs including but not limited to pre cut / pre prepared raw material, semi cooked, packaging and storage, base gravies and sauces, staff training and unlimited re-training.
- Tracking & management of operations and performance on a regular basis. Menu changes and launch of new menus.
- Marketing, operations & performance audit support.
