Tellicherry Spicelabs Pvt. Ltd. is a research-based food and spices company expanding its products across Indian cities under the FOCO (Franchisee Owned, Company Operated) model.

Under this model, franchise owners are responsible only for processing the spices at their factory, while the company manages the franchise operations.

The company is seeking franchise investors for single or multiple outlets. The franchisee owns the outlet, while the company takes complete responsibility for its operations and maintenance.

The monthly revenue and EBITDA margin may appear high because the business has a vast network of distributors, restaurants, and hotels. Once the spices are processed, the products are supplied to these established clients, supporting strong sales and profitability.

The business holds a valid GST certificate and incorporation certificate. We have developed 50 spice SKUs, including spice blends and whole spices, and have established relationships with farmers in the Western Ghats who can supply large quantities of authentic spices for our products. The franchisor will support the franchisee in producing the spices and will be responsible for the production process.

The franchisee is expected to have an operational factory or manufacturing unit and focus on generating sales and developing the market for the products.
